As a partner in the initiative, the Italian Cultural Institute in Kraków organised the panel discussion ‘The role of symbolic capital in family businesses – Ferrari, Elica and others’, dedicated to the value of culture, identity and art in the processes of business growth and innovation.
Among the invited guests was our Artistic Director, Marcello Smarrelli, who spoke about the FEC method and the role of contemporary art as a tool capable of generating vision, transformation and new forms of relationship within businesses.
This was an important opportunity for international discussion on the value of cultural and symbolic capital as a driver of innovation in contemporary family businesses.
