On 9 and 10 December 2010 Marcello Smarrelli, artistic director of Fondazione Ermanno Casoli, and Piero Tucci, partner of a manager training company, accompanied Elica’s top managers to visit Galleria Borghese, MAXXI and MACRO. The three venues where chosen for their different collections, all bearing witness to how all art was once contemporary, addressing issues that regularly recur.
The goal of this activity was to increase knowledge of Italy’s artistic heritage and strengthen creativity and innovation inside Elica. At the end of the two days, the participants, coordinated by Piero Tucci, were invited to single out the connections between the above mentioned activity and their professional context.
In particular, the group addressed the differences between artistic creativity and innovation, trying to “explore” and explicit the environmental features that accompany and favor the work of creative groups.
