Filming the process #2 is the title that artist Marinella Senatore gave to the workshop she conceived and led with thirty-five students from the Master in Economics and Management of Arts and Culture issued by Sole 24 Ore Business School. They were supported by the trainer and the curator. For this occasion, Fondazione Ermanno Casoli – Sole 24 Ore Business School partner since 2012 – proposed a project entitled Filming the process #1, which had already been experimented with twenty employees of Biotronik Italia spa back in 2011; it aimed at making the Master students live an experience within a company, analyzing and dealing with contents and methods.

The workshop focused on triggering and fostering participation and aggregation processes through the film making practice, which is the artist’s favorite expressive modality. Students were engaged in realizing a short audiovisual content, for which they worked in groups and covered every step of the process, from the writing to the footage, to the direction and the final editing.

The project boosted the ability to address the individual work towards a shared goal and a collective thought, where intervention areas of each component and every single skill were handled to improve collaboration and team work.
