On 21 May, the 4th Family Business Congress was held in Krak\u00f3w, organised by the Centre for Family Business at the University of Economics in Krak\u00f3w.<\/p>\n
As a partner in the initiative, the Italian Cultural Institute in Krak\u00f3w organised the panel discussion \u2018The role of symbolic capital in family businesses \u2013 Ferrari, Elica and others\u2019, dedicated to the value of culture, identity and art in the processes of business growth and innovation.<\/p>\n
Among the invited guests was our Artistic Director, Marcello Smarrelli, who spoke about the FEC method and the role of contemporary art as a tool capable of generating vision, transformation and new forms of relationship within businesses.<\/p>\n
This was an important opportunity for international discussion on the value of cultural and symbolic capital as a driver of innovation in contemporary family businesses.<\/p>\n
